LMS Room 106
Reading Classroom for grades 6,7,and 8
Week in Review 9/21- 9/25 *6th Grade*
Aha!! We now know our second signpost for reading. The aha moment is an important spot in our reading when a character realizes or understands something or someone. Think how many aha moments we have in real life!
Next week is Homecoming Week so there will be some fun activities thrown into our busy schedule. That doesn't mean my outside of class reading requirement is suspended, it just means some of our school time will not be lesson focused. In the calendar section at the bottom of this newsletter, I've listed the dress up day topics. Go Arrows!

FEATURED READER - Kelly Freymiller
One of my favorite reading experiences was when I was little and my dad read me a book after telling me over and over he couldn't read. I felt happy.
Right I'm reading The Running Dream. It's a good book because I like the main character. She seems very strong. She was in a bus accident and had to have a leg amputated and yet she still thinks she can do a lot of things.
