Muslims

The followers of islam are called the Muslims. The God is the god of Abraham(allah) The (God of Abraham is the same for all 3 relgions)

Mosque

The Muslims place of worship is called the Mosque. At the mosque they pray. Every mosque has a mihrab, a niche in the wall that indicates the direction of Mecca; the direction towards which Muslims pray. The purpose of the mosque is to serve as a place where Muslims can come together for prayer

Iman

The worship leader of the muslims is the Iman. The name Iman comes from the word amana wich means faith or belief. Having Iman leads a person towards peace.

Star and Crecent symbol

The star and Crecent symbol is the symbol of Islam.The Islam symbol represents the five pillars of Islam, namely; the declaration of faith; the duty to pray 5 times a day; giving zakat, the annual charity; fasting in the month of Ramadan and the performance of Hajj.

Ramadam

The Kuran was sent down from the god for their profit. You dont eat or drink during Ramadam. You learn how to be thankfull. This is a night where all your sins will be forgiven. A night You can't forget.

Sacraments

There are many sacrements and practces in islam. For example, the five pillars prayer,purification,funurals,circumsicion, sharing of animals in thanksgiving, Quran, Sunnah,

Kaba

During the annual pilgrimage

Muslims walk around around the Ka'aba in a counter-clockwise direction. Once a year, pilgrims from all over the world, travel to the Kaba to perform the annual hajj.

The Kaba is a cubical structure about 60 feet high and 60 feet wide. Muslims do not worship the Kaba itself. Rather, it acts as an important unifying point for believers around the world. It is in Mecca at the Kaba that Muslims feel the connection of heaven and earth. It is for this reason that the Kaba is considered to be the holiest site in Islam.

Quran

The Quran is the holy book of the islam relgion.There are 114 chapters in the Qur'an, which is written in the old Arabic dialect.
The Quran basically teaches what is right and wrong, or halal and haram, in the muslim faith. It dictates the 5 pillars of Islam, it tells the stories of the various prophets throughout history, it offers explanations and insight into the islamic faith. Its the rule book for the islam relgion.
