Chromebook/Backpack Donation Pick-up - Jan. 22 and Jan. 29. Come to The Graham School to Pick up Donations from Chipotle and Kids In Need Foundation.
We will collect TGS loaned Chromebooks and chargers and distribute new Chromebooks, chargers and backpacks on January 22 and January 29 from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
12th grade - 9:30am-10:30am
11th grade - 10:30am-11:30am
10th grade - 12:30pm-1:30pm
9th grade - 1:30pm-2:30pm
If you have a TGS-issued Chromebook and charger, before leaving your home, please place the Chromebook and charger in a large ziplock bag with your name written on it. Place this bag in the trunk of your car. If you do not have a TGS issued Chromebook you are still eligible to receive a donated Chromebook.
Stay in your car and wear a mask.
Enter the parking lot from the south side of Building B beside DataTalk and drive behind Building B. The parking lot of Building A (the primary building with the sign) is EXIT ONLY. Do not enter here. The line will form at the Big Room double doors between the greenhouse and basketball court. Please follow the signage and staff directions.
Go to Station 1
Please pop your trunk. Someone will retrieve the bagged computer and charger from your trunk and hand you a new Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA). We must have a newly signed (by both parents and students) AUA in order for families to receive a new Chromebook.
Go to Station 2
Someone will collect your newly signed Acceptable Use Agreement (signed by both parents and students) and place your new device and backpack in the trunk of your car.
We will not be able to attend to other business on these days. If you need to take care of something else while you are at the building to pick up your new Chromebook, please make an appointment ahead of time by contacting the front desk (frontdesk@thegrahamschool.org or 614-262-1111).

Please support your student in taking the time to complete MAP makeup tests if you receive and email about it from the school.

TGS is a School-wide Title 1 program, enabling us to receive Federal Funds to ensure that our students receive the support they need to reach and exceed grade level goals in reading and math. We welcome parent involvement in planning, review and improvement of Title 1 programs including the family engagement policy and the schoolwide program plan. Please contact Debbie Addison at addison.2@thecharlesschool.org with any questions.
RESIDENCY VERIFICATION NOTIFICATION
Per House Bill 21 community schools are now required to perform a monthly review of student files and randomly select families for residency verification. Please be sure to contact the school immediately in case of an address change. Proof of residency must be submitted within two weeks of an address change.
