October 2022
At GlenHills we took October as an opportunity to reflect on our school culture, celebrate and encourage Kindness. On Monday we celebrated our differences, Tuesday we emphasized being part of a team, Wednesday we put bullying to rest, Thursday we united by wearing orange. National Bullying Prevention Month gives us time to recognize how bullying can occur in many different ways and how it affects children and families. Our “Throw Kindness Like Confetti” campaign does not end after October is over, just like confetti after its spread it is hard to clean. We will make sure kindness keeps spreading throughout the years.
