Athletic Traditions Continue
This fall has been a great opening season for our THS athletes! Girls' Soccer came away with a Sectional victory this year, topping Tri-Central 8-0. Cross Country had two boys (Brody Back and Evan Long) run in the Regional meet. Girls' Golf advanced as a team to Regional by finishing third in the Sectional, while Lucy Quigley advanced to play in the State Finals. Boy's Tennis had a wonderful season, fielding a full team and collecting more wins than the previous year. Boys' Soccer played a man down the entire year, but showed a lot of heart and competitiveness that made all of us proud. Volleyball has recently just won its second straight Sectional title and will play in the Regional this Saturday at Elwood Jr./Sr. High School starting at 10am; please come support the team! Also, Football has had a great season and begins its own postseason with a game Friday night at Frankton Jr./Sr. High School (the football field is behind the elementary school) beginning at 7pm; please come support them as well!
Appreciation goes out to our THS Cheerleaders for supporting them all!
The tradition continues...
Substitute Teaching
We are still looking for people who are willing to help shape the minds and characters of our THS students! If you are willing to substitute teach with us, please stop by the Tipton Community School Corporation Office for an informative meeting on October 29th from 4-7pm. The company we are using is named WillSub and can be found at willsub.com. A background check is necessary, but our students need some help in this aspect!

Appeals on Wheels
THS is proud to host the Indiana Court of Appeals this November 25th in our auditorium! Students will get a face-to-face experience with an actual court case being appealed with Indiana judges, argued by real legal teams. THS students will get an idea of the real-world inner workings of court cases and the Indiana Court of Appeals firsthand. THS is proud to give its students this wonderful opportunity!
