Estrella founded The Learning Well in 2009 as her passion for helping children and adults with special needs drove her to continue her mission through her own agency after many years of public school employment. Estrella's career in Burlington County public schools included being a special education teacher, learning consultant, Child Study Director, and pioneer ABA program supervisor. Estrella also provided speech and language therapy services through private healthcare.

Erin Casey has been working in the field since 2015 with experiences working in crisis stabilization programs, schools, group homes and day programs! She graduated from Capella University with her M.S in Psychology with a specialization in ABA and became a BCBA in 2021! She is currently completing her PhD through Capella University as well. She is passionate about ABA and wants to make a lasting impact in the field!

Yevette began working for the The Learning Well in 2011 as a behavior technician. While working here she also obtained her Masters degree in ABA, Yevette also works as a program facilitator, parent / staff trainer, Handle With Care Instructor/ Trainer, and a Consultant. Yevette is also studying so she can take her Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) test in the near future.
