TECHNOLOGY
Technology Help Desk Information
The IT Department is available Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.
If you have a technology related, non-emergency issue, please submit a Help Desk Ticket.
- This includes problems with your staff computer or laptop, printer, smartboard, telephone, student laptop, login issue, email issue, wireless connectivity problem, etc.
- If you need to reach the IT Help Desk, please call ext. 1583
Email Safety
As we continue to use communication with email, please remember to stay vigilant on being aware of the sender of emails coming to your inbox. We have seen an increase in attempts to mislead the recipient of an email. It may seem like the email is coming from your Principal but it is not a valid email of that individual. Remember that emails from outside of the district will have the following information highlighted in yellow at the top of the page :
******This email was not sent by a District 118 email account******
******DO NOT click links or open attachments unless you confirm the email address of the sender.******
