Yoga activities create wonderful ways to reconnect! Because many of our workshops require a minimum enrollment and many max out with limited space, we suggest registering early to secure your spot!

Lavendar Bliss Yin Experience at Katie's Spa

Friday, September 20, 2019, 7:00-8:30 pm


Looking for a relaxing, fun girls night out or date night activity after dinner? Tonight's lavender bliss experience is the last of our summer series! Come relax in our calming yoga space surrounded by soothing music, candlelight, and aromatherapy. Release stress and tension accumulated throughout the week through Yin Yoga, where floor poses are held for 3-6 minutes, allowing a deep release of the fascia. All levels welcome.


You will:


  • Experience a restorative yin yoga practice, infused with essential lavender oil massage.
  • Relax during savasana with a cool lavender compress.
  • Find your peaceful inner calm through a guided mindfulness meditation.
  • After your practice, enjoy the company of others...along with a lavender-infused treat and a variety of herbal teas
All levels welcome.

Kids Club Yoga

Thursdays, September 26-October 24, 2019, 5:00-5:45 pm


Yoga is great for kids! A regular practice can enhance their strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also helping them release energy in healthy ways. Your child will practice breathwork, as well as playful, partner, and group poses in a positive, supportive environment. We will integrate positive themes and stories, like compassion, joy, kindness, self-respect and respect for others.

Kriya, Meditation & Sound Healing

Is day to day life stressing you out? The techniques taught will provide a pathway to deep relaxation, stress-reduction and improvement of sleep quality which is where all authentic healing begins. Allow the yoga to meet you where you are.


We welcome you to come and explore the tools to better manage the daily stress of life. Teg Sanpreet Kaur will lead a kriya and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Lauren will take you away on a beautiful sound healing journey. This is a workshop you won’t soon forget.

Introduction to Prenatal Yoga

Prepare your mind and body for the challenges of pregnancy, labor & delivery with Prenatal yoga. This workshop will introduce you to gentle poses which promote strength, balance, circulation, and stamina, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to help ease the common discomforts of pregnancy.


Prenatal Yoga can support expecting moms emotionally and physically during pregnancy in preparation for childbirth. Prenatal yoga also offers the opportunity to gain the friendship and support of other pregnant women. No prior yoga experience is necessary (Sense of humor is required).

In preparation for childbirth this workshop will provide the opportunity to:


  • Improve muscle tone, strength, stamina
  • Relax your mind and body
  • Decrease stress and anxiety Release muscle tension Improve circulation
  • Boost your self esteem
  • Improve concentration and focus
  • Build awareness of your body and mind
  • Increase flexibility and open your hips in preparation for delivery
  • Practice breathing techniques that can be useful in labor
  • Create a sense of well being and calmness Establish a supportive community of friends

Qigong (Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words. Qi (pronounced Chee) and Gong (pronounced Gung). Qi means “Universal Life Force Energy”, the essence of all living things. Gong means “to work” or “to cultivate”. Together, Qigong means Energy Work or Energy Cultivation. Qigong is an ancient Chinese body, mind & spirit integrative healing practice that promotes health and longevity through postural alignment, gentle movement, breath, mindfulness & self-applied massage.

Please join Kelly Campbell & Lauren Malone on Sunday, October 13th, The Full Harvest Moon, for an evening of extreme self care to restore your body, mind, and energy with this relaxing restorative yoga practice with Vibrational Sound Healing. This workshop will calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and you body to heal on the deepest level.

Profoundly supported postures gently release tension from tight muscles, allowing joint spaces to open, and clean energy to flow through. Slow down, align the body and the mind, and center the breath. Take some time for yourself, just relax and be.

The core is a powerful internal space where balance and being centered reside. Learn how to engage the core - Transverse Abdominis - in order to take your yoga practice to the next level. Serena, RYT 200 and Yvonne, E-RYT 500, teach the foundations to a stronger core and applying that to arm balancing and inversions. Join them for this informative and fun Workshop. Yoga Instructors earn CE credits by attending this workshop.

Yoga Etiquette 101

Please:

  • arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to class beginning.

  • remove footwear before entering practice room.

  • honor those seeking a peaceful setting by keeping voices low or silent, and quietly arranging your space.

  • do not bring cell phones into the practice room.

  • bring only what you need into the studio: a mat, blanket, water, perhaps a towel.

  • reserve your space before class. Some classes fill quickly!
