Sherwood Explore
Welcome
Reminders About Week Three:
Good Afternoon!
I hope you are all leaving on time and enjoying some long summer evenings with family, friends and loved ones. Although, we are working Explore-it's still a great time to rejuvenate and enjoy teaching and the "relaxed" state of summer Explore. I want to thank each of you for giving 100% this summer! Explore is running very smooth at Sherwood and students are laughing, working while having fun in classrooms. Thank you for doing such a great job with our students. I know it can be hard to build relationships in a short amount of time but each of you are doing just that. I am impressed with the level of connections you have made with students and appreciate the parent contact that is happening regarding student behavior. With any discipline issues, most teachers have already contacted parents to make them aware of struggles-keep up the great work!
- Mr. Masterson will be here all of next week. He is aware of any discipline concerns, behavior plans and building procedures. Please email Mr. Materson if you have questions or concerns after Thursday. I will return for the last week of Explore. Have a great week next week!
- DO NOT ALLOW STUDENTS TO USE THE ELEVATOR. The elevators should be used for the breakfast carts in the morning and that is it. We do not have any students who have special needs that require use of an elevator. It should not be used otherwise unless students are with a teacher. Thank you!
