You can cook it the night before and the next day just put on some fruits you like then your healthy breakfast is done! So come join Jeni to learn more about healthy eating and prepare a good start for everyday.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Oatmeal 100g
  2. Milk 100ml
  3. Chia seeds 50g
  4. Honey 20g
  5. Blueberry 20g
  6. 3 Kiwi
Directions:
  1. Put oatmeal and milk in one bowl and then stir them
  2. Put chia seeds into the bowl
  3. Put honey, bluberry, and kiwi on top
