Romeo & Juliet Act 2
Act 2. Scene 1. The After Party.
After the party ends, Romeo can't stop thinking about Juliet, so he ditches Mercutio and Benvolio and heads back to the Capulet house. Mercutio and Benvolio try to find Romeo after the party. They assume that Romeo is going to find Rosaline. Afterwards, they crack a lot of dirty jokes at Romeo's expense. Mercutio is offended that Romeo left them.
Act 2. Scene 2. One in the bush.
The scene starts with Romeo watching Juliet, who is standing on a balcony. As he observes her, he compares her to the sun. Romeo listens to Juliet confess her love to him. After he hears her confession, he reveals himself to her and confesses his love. The two promise to marry one another

Act 2. Scene 3. The big question.
Romeo goes to Friar Lawrence and asks him to marry Romeo and young Juliet. Saying that they are in love. Friar Lawrence is convinced that Romeo is actually in love with the way Juliet looks, just like Rosaline. Friar Lawrence soon agrees to marry them, in hopes that this marriage will end their families’ feud.
Act 2. Scene 4. The prince of cats.
Mercutio and Benvolio discuss about Tybalt after he had challenged Romeo to a duel. Tybalt was called “The Prince of Cats”, fore he fights so swiftly with a sword. Even though the winner of the duel will be executed, Tybalt does not care. Either way Romeo will die, and so shall he. A price Tybalt was willing to pay.
Act 2. Scene 5. The next wreck.
Juliet became a nervous wreck waiting for the nurse to return. What should have taken nearly twenty minutes took hours. The nurse blamed it on being old and fat. As juliet was desperate for an answer from the nurse, the nurse would not tell. Only more excuses instead of the news from Romeo. Eventually the nurse told Juliet, and she was so excited to hear not good news, but excellent news.
Act 2. Scene 6. The bells were ringing.
Friar Lawrence is speaking to Romeo. Advising him on what love really is and what not to do. To be more sensible with Juliet, and how he should express his love to her when she arrives. Soon Friar Lawrence would marry Juliet and Romeo. Hoping for the best for the couple and their families. Especially their families.
