Federalism
According to Document A, in the compound republic of America, the power surrounded by the people is first divided between two distinct governments, and the part of a larger amount to give someone to each to divide into smaller parts among distinct and joined departments.
Separation of Powers
According to Document B, the growth by addition of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and either one or two genetically transmitted, self-appointed, or elective, may be agreeing with very noticable that the very definition of tyranny.
Checks and Balances
According to Document C, the constant aim is to separate and organize the several offices in such a manner as that they may be a check on the other.
Big States vs. Small States
According to Document D, representatives shall be helpful according to (population). The numbers of representatives shall not prosper one for every thirty thousand, but each state at least have a representatives.
