Board Appoints New Board of Education Member

On June 22, 2021, after an extensive review of candidates, the Board unanimously appointed Mr. Daniel Gallo, to the vacant Board of Education seat created by Mr. Scott Jones' retirement. Mr. Gallo was sworn in and took the Oath of Office that was administered by the Board Secretary, Mr. Robert F. Wachter, at the Hattie Britt Board of Education Building.


Mr. Gallo and his wife have been involved in the schools and currently are parents in the Mount Laurel School District. Mr. Gallo has a strong desire to contribute to the schools and the Mount Laurel Community. We ask you to join us in welcoming Mr. Gallo to the Mount Laurel Board of Education.


The Board of Education extends their sincere thanks to all the interested community members who submitted their interest to serve on the Board.

Harrassment, Bullying, and Intimidation Summer Procedures

Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying procedures are still in force during summer programming. If you have any concerns related to a potential Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying situation, please notify the following:


  • Community Education Summer Camp, contact Suzanne Haftman, Supervisor of Community Education, at 856-231-5891, OR the Anti-Bullying Specialist, Christopher Bowman, cbowman@mtlaurelschools.org

Remember to Complete the Returning Student Registration

It is absolutely crucial that we have current, updated contact information for all students in our schools on an annual basis, and immediately as that information changes during the year.


On Monday, June 14th you received an email to complete the Returning Student Registration for the 2021-2022 school year. The email contained instructions and a Snapcode link to complete your child's information. The email was published to the PowerSchool SwiftK12 document portal.


You should have received a unique Snapcode link for each child. Please complete as soon as you can to ensure you receive important information released throughout the summer.

Kindergarten Registration 2021 - Register Now; Don't Wait - Orientation Information Coming Soon!

The Mount Laurel Schools will return to a regular full-day for all students in September. Parents who have a child eligible for Kindergarten in September should register online now. Visit Our Kindergarten Registration Webpage for more information. Proof of residency is required.


Registered parents will receive Kindergarten Orientation Information over the summer!
