Some tasks you might need to do in this job are:

  1. Enhance, retouch, & resize photographs and negatives, using airbrushing & other techniques.
  2. Take pictures of individuals, families, and small groups, either in a studio or on location.
  3. Review sets of photographs to select the best work.
  4. Create artificial light, using flashes and reflectors.
  5. Set up, mount, or install photographic equipment and cameras.

Working Conditions

Some working conditions you might come acroos in this job are:

  1. Some photographers work a 5-day, 40-hour week.
  2. Dangerous surroundings.
  3. You might have to travel to a location.
  4. You might work in your on studio.
  5. If you have self-employment you have flexable scheduling.

Degree Necessary and Salary
