Presented by South Brunswick School District

In collaboration with NJASL and Rutgers University School of Communication & Information

Leading Cultures of Literacy

Ignite Learning

Join us on Saturday, March 3 at Crossroads North Middle School from 8:30AM - 2:00PM for our unConference! This event is open to all educators: classroom teachers, school librarians, administrators, and support staff are invited to discuss the ways we help learners develop their literacy skills. Whether you want to explore approaches to teaching news literacy, would like to share ideas about cross-curricular literacies, or are wondering about other hot topics, this day is for you.

Lead a discussion, share best practices, solve problems or just grow your professional network; our focus is on informal peer-to-peer learning and sharing!

This will be a hybrid event and the sessions will begin with a brief presentation from a facilitator to set a framework, followed by discussions around that topic. Sign up in advance or on the conference day to lead a discussion.. The NJASL Spring meeting will take place as well.

Breakfast and lunch refreshments will be provided!

Calling all questions, strategies and best practices!

Add your voice to Team Edcamp 2018 in advance: suggest conversations for our session topics, or share resources, best practices or lesson ideas!

If you are interested in leading a session, please fill out this form.
