DLP:Leadership Resources Newsletter
Resources newsletter for leaders.
Wait, another newsletter?
In order to give you all of the leadership materials you may need, we decided to break our weekly newsletter into two parts: events and resources.
Our events newsletter will go out every Monday and will document leadership workshops, events and conferences on campus.
Our resources newsletter will go out every Friday morning and will have articles, videos and much more to make sure you have access to the best leadership resources out there.
As always, our office is here to answer any questions you may have. Simply send us an email at lead@temple.edu and we will respond within 24 hours.
You call yourself a leader, but do you behave like one?
Leadership Principle of the Week: Model the Way
Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner spent a lot of time studying leadership. Thirty years to be exact! They published their book, The Leadership Challenge in 1987 based on their research. The book is centered around their "Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership Model" and they outline how to be a great leader.
So how can you model the way?
Leadership is about action, here's what great leaders actually do!
