November

October was a wonderful month at Jeffrey Clark School. Our Book Fair, Field Trips, The Week of Respect, Red Ribbon Week, Picture Day, and Fire Prevention Assemblies were several highlights from the month. It was a busy month with amazing connections and instruction occurring each and every day.


The building is closed to our students on November 10th and November 11th.


November is a month of gratitude. We are grateful to our staff and community for their support and dedication. We are grateful to our students for making each day memorable and working hard every day. From our Clark family to yours, have a safe and happy Thanksgiving.


Students have an early dismissal, 12:55 PM, on November 18th, November 21st, November 22nd, and November 23rd. The building is closed to our students on November 24th and November 25th.

Governor’s Educator of the Year Program

The New Jersey Department of Education is sponsoring the Governor’s Teacher of the Year and Governor’s Educational Services Professional of the Year awards for the 2022-2023 school year. If you would like to nominate an individual, please complete the nomination form found here by Tuesday, November 9th at 3:30 PM.

LOST AND FOUND

We have a large collection of Lost and Found Items at Jeffrey Clark School. If your child is missing a jacket, sweatshirt, or hoodie, it is probably in our bin.

Veteran's Day Luncheon - 11/14/22

Every year we look forward to our Veteran's Luncheon, and the opportunity to thank our veterans for their service. A form went home on October 25, 2022, with students today inviting the veterans in our community to attend a luncheon on Monday, November 14th.


If you know a veteran that would like to attend, please have the form filled out by November 2nd and returned to the Jeffrey Clark Main Office.


We will also honor our Veterans through a "Wall of Honor" to show during our luncheon. Please complete the google form attached here to honor family members or relatives who are or were veterans. A picture should be sent to Mrs. Bailey at baileyl@eastgreenwich.k12.nj.us.
