What is a legislative branch?
A presidential system that is a coequal branch of government, it consists of The House Of Representatives, and The Senate. Together they form Congress. Congress can declare war, and reject or accept many presidential appointments. The The House of Representatives is made up of 435( elected) members, divided between the fifty states. The Senates have 100 members, two Senates per state.
How does it work?
The legislative branch proposes bills that they agree with. Only the legislative branch can change or make new laws. Congress can override a veto with 2/3 vote. Congress handles tariffs to provide funding for essential government services. The senate can ratiffy treaties.
