A 5 Week Fitness Program for Female Athletes
Start the New Year and your sports' season off right! This 5 week fitness program combines yoga and conditioning to help you maximize your game performance. This comprehensive program is geared towards the Drake Varsity softball team, but open to any interested female athlete ages 13-18 years. Increase your strength and flexibility and improve your ability to focus under high pressure situations with Yoga. Learn how to enhance your weight room work out with core and agility exercises.
Tuesdays 4:30-5:45 p.m. January 7-February 4
Power Yoga San Rafael (2nd and C street). Parking is on C street.
$ 15 Drop in or $60 for 5 classes (save $15!)
Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm January 9-February 6
Sir Francis Drake High School Weight Room
$10 Drop in or $40 for 5 classes (save $10!)
