In class this week...
*In science we are working on the Sun, Moon, & Stars. The bulk of our practices this week focused on shadows and the sun. In the coming week students will be studying the moon. Watch for a homework assignment involving looking at the moon early on in the week.
*In writing students continue to work on powerful writing including an opening, supporting facts or details, and a good closing. We have revisited informative writing and are moving to narratives.
*As usual, we are intertwining reading skills within our other areas of learning.
