Deoxyribonucleic Acid

Deoxyribonucleic Acid

Or most commonly known as DNA and is held in a cells nucleus and is found in many different Eukaryotic organisms such as ;cats, dogs, frogs ,and fruits and vegetables and fruits. DNA is made up of different sugars and nitrogen bases; Adenine, Thymine, Guanine, and Cytosine.DNA's structure looks like a twisted ladder and is known as the double helix.

What DNA does?

DNA is the genetic code that gives you your hair color and many other traits.DNA helps you regulate protein and can make and even contains some of it's own, It also is part of the reproduction process and during reproduction the DNA strand unwinds and twists back up to create another DNA strand with chromosomes of it's own and it's own genetic code.

DNA heredity

Your traits are from your parents they are in your DNA.Your traits were given to you during the reproduction process and as grow as you get older, these traits are as simple as your hair color and as complex as you brain.

Types of RNA

tRNA - transporter

RNA is RiboNucleicAcid

What does RNA do?

RNA receives and transports genetic information.
