2)Not a lot of jobs there.
3)Not very good resources.
Pull:
1)They are coming for freedoms.
2)We have more/better jobs.
3)Better resources then them

They lived in st.Paul,Duluth,Rochester,Taylor's falls,and the Marshall area
Most of them own there own bussnes's
Challenges
They have large extended family's with in 18 organized clans.
This could be a problem because it is going to cost more money for them for food and stuff.
