Final Official VEX Tournament of the Season
Congratulations to all of the teams who built working robots and scored points on the field this season. Although we celebrate the awards won, in reality, every student who participates in the TUSD Robotics program has won the ultimate prize of learning valuable skills such as teamwork, effective communication, documentation of the iterative engineering design process, computer programming, troubleshooting, and resiliency. We could not be more proud of our TUSD Robotics students who consistently demonstrate these real-world skills and our TUSD Robotics coaches who help our students acquire these skills to become future ready.

14 TUSD Teams Headed to the California State Championships
We have seen countless hours of building and extreme dedication to programming for the robot skills competition by many TUSD teams this season. In the end, we are sending fourteen of our TUSD Robotics teams to the California State Championships. Since California is home to the largest and most competitive robotics teams in the nation, VEX hosts two middle school and elementary State Championships and three high school State championships. The dates and locations of the TUSD teams competing in the State Championships are as follows:
