Spring Break is almost over and I hope everyone found some time to rest and relax. We begin the last 9-weeks grading period this week and I would like to encourage all of our students to finish strong! Report cards for the 3rd 9-weeks will come home with your student this upcoming Friday.

Free Tutoring!

AJHS is excited to offer free tutoring before and after school to all students. There is no need to make an appointment - just show up!


Decatur Youth Services also provides after school tutoring services.

Spread the Word

We will attempt to get information out to our students and families in many different ways. Although SchoolCast is great tool to get information out quickly, many of our stakeholders "see and forget" these messages. Please help spread the word to follow AJHS on Facebook and Instagram. I also think that many people would rather see or watch than read. FB allows us to post short video message, tutorials and announcements. Thanks!
