Almighty God, we thank you for all the gifts you have given us: our lives, our loved ones, all that we have and all that we are. Most of all, we thank you for Jesus, your Son and our Redeemer, who came among us to show us the way to eternal life. Jesus was the perfect steward of your gifts, showing that complete trust in you is necessary, and that giving of self is a most important part of following him. May the offerings of our time, our talents, and our treasures be made in the same spirit of sacrifice that Jesus taught us by his life and death for us.

Thank you so much for your continued support. Please prayerfully consider how you might invest your time, talent, and/or treasure at The Church at Litchfield Park as we strive to love and serve all people through Christ.

Earlier this week Kristin McNamara announced that she felt it was time to resign her position as the Children’s Ministry Director at The Church at Litchfield Park. She has thoroughly enjoyed serving here and has grown tremendously, but feels it’s time. Her last day will be Wednesday, March 3. She intends to remain a part of the CLP community, having made so many friends here. Thankfully, Kristin still plans to be involved in Vision Sunday, having invested a lot of time, prayer and energy in the process. Work is being done with the Children’s Ministry Team so that things are covered until we can identify a more permanent solution. I have thoroughly enjoyed serving with Kristin, will miss her presence on staff, and hope you join me in thanking her and celebrating all of the good things she’s added to CLP since joining us on staff two years ago. Pastor Lynne.

Looking for a way to connect more deeply with others at CLP? We want everyone to have the opportunity to be recognized, cared for, experience spiritual growth, and find their niche here at CLP. People grow more spiritually in a loving, caring, interactive group where they feel free to ask questions, sense the support of the group, plus carry this support out to the community in an act of service. Groups of 6-12 (married couples, singles, men, women, young adults, etc., at all stages in their faith), led by a member of the group are forming now. Please pray and think of a group you would like to facilitate or join. Contact Marge Kinney at to register.

Join us SUNDAY at 2:00 p.m., on ZOOM for Virtual Sunday School. We look forward to visiting with you!

Please sign up on the church website by noon on Friday, February 27, if you would like to join the meeting. The annual meeting will be on Sunday, February 28, at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary and in Souers Hall. We will still have to limit the numbers attending to 75 in each building but need a quorum of the MEMBERSHIP to attend as only members may vote. We will be installing new deacons and voting on new officers and the budget. Please mark your calendar to attend this meeting. Your attendance is important in the planning for the future of our church, and a quorum of the MEMBERSHIP is needed. Childcare will NOT be provided this year.
