This week was full of delight with celebrations throughout our school building. Pre-K had a sticky good time at their pancake party! We ended the week with our Grandparents and Dear Ones Picnic. Thank to everyone who attended. It was a huge success and so nice to see a lot of our Chameleons spend some quality time with their families. Our administration team would like to wish all our families a wonderful and safe fall breakđź’–

Attendance information
Cornerstone Elementary recognizes the value and importance of school attendance and encourages regular attendance to help our students be successful through the school year. Please email the attendance office within five days of the student’s recorded absence explaining the reason for the absence or the absence will be marked as unexcused. You may send an email to AttendanceCSE@Fortbendisd.com. For any attendance questions please contact Debbie Lobo - 2816346404.
Lunch Visitors
At this time, we are able to have 4-6 students at each lunch have one or two guests join them for lunch.
Since space is limited, we ask that parents share the opportunity to visit as we will not be able to host every parent, every day. We strongly encourage parents to sign up only one time per week if space allows.
Safety and Security is our number one priority. For this reason, just as we did last year, we will ask guests to use a sign up genius to sign up in advance. CSE asks that families sign up no more than one time a week to allow all interested families the opportunity to join their student for lunch.
Sign Up Genius for Lunch Visitors
(CSE will not be hosting lunch visitors on Monday as teacher will be reviewing with students campus routines and procedures in the cafeteria)
Please remember to bring a photo id with you to campus as this is required to be signed in to campus as a visitor.
CSE Reminders for First Time Lunch Guests
- Guests will only be allowed to join a student for lunch, if they are an approved emergency contact in Skyward Family Access.
- Guest must have a photo ID in order to be allowed onto campus.
- Lunch Time is a Cell Phone Free Time
- Visitors may only bring food for their child.
- Please exit the cafeteria at our 5 minute Remaining mark to help our grade levels transition to recess.
- We will not be able to host lunch visitors during state testing or when special events are occurring on campus.
