January Nebo Hero - Congrats, Mrs. Bennett!
Mrs. Lewis had this to say about her:
“She is a great addition with knowledge and teaches with confidence. She is an advocate for all students. Those students that she works with feel valued.”

After Long Pause, Frozen Jr. is ON STAGE!
After a long break, we are pleased to be able to produce and perform Frozen Jr. We were to begin performances the week following our COVID dismissal in March 2020. It was heartbreaking when we found out we would be on remote learning through the end of the school year. We had quite a few 9th grade students in the show that were to advance to SFHS in the fall.
Regardless of the many challenges, our drama teacher, Miss Holley, was able to work out a schedule for those ninth and now 10th grade high school students to return to our school and perform in their original roles! It has been such a wonderful experience for all of our cast and crew to perform what they rehearsed for last year. Mrs. Goates, the musical’s choreographer, declared with great excitement that the students were so easy to work with and had remembered a great majority of their positions, dances, and cues without issue.
We are proud of our students, past and present, for their hard work, determination, grit, and tenacity – all great life skills! Congratulations on a fantastic and beautiful production, you all outdid yourselves!
Finally, a big thank you to all of the adults behind the scenes that made it possible for close to 100 students to safely create an incredible show!

ONLINE MEAL ORDERING FOR REMOTE LEARNERS
The best way to order school lunch and/or breakfast for students who are not at school is to fill out a survey each day for each student. This includes kindergarten and preschool students, remote learning students of all grades and any students home due to COVID restrictions. You will need to order before 9 a.m. each morning. Meals are only provided on scheduled school days. For special circumstances, you can still call the school to place your order.
This would also be the method of ordering breakfast and lunch if your student is required to stay home for quarantine or for other COVID-19 related schedule adjustments or closures.
To place your order, please go CLICK HERE.
By way of reminder, meals can be picked up in the front office between 10:45 and 11:00 each morning.
We hope this makes the process easier for all involved. Please contact the school if you have any questions.
