State Map

The states that border Rhode Island are Connecticut, Massachusetts,and the Alantic Ocean.

The Red Hens are a utility bird, raised for meat and eggs, and they are also show birds.

The Violet was chosen by school children in 1897 but the flower was not officially adopted as the state flower until 1968.
