Tomorrow is School Picture Day!!

Thursday, September 23, is School Picture Day. Picture order envelopes were sent home with all students. Orders can be placed online. Contact office@palouseprairieschool.org with questions.

Changes to September Lunch Menu

Beginning this week, Choice Lunch will again be peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. On 9/23 lunch will be pulled pork sandwiches, not beef rib sandwiches.

Reminder: School Grounds Open at 8:10

School grounds open at 8:10 a.m. For the safety of your children, please do not drop them off any earlier. We do not have staff monitoring the school grounds before 8:10 a.m. If you need to drop off your child before 8:10 a.m., Before School Care is available for a reasonable fee. If the cost of BSC is prohibitive for your family, please contact the office for information about BSC scholarships.

Playground Update

Through the end of August we have raised $16,345 toward our $25,000 goal. Our next phase will include installing slides, a swingset and ball court. We are so grateful to all our donors!! Please help us spread the word to reach our fundraising goal!

Please be Aware of our Safety Procedures and Covid Scenarios

Our Covid Safety and Risk Mitigation Procedures can be found at this link. Palouse Prairie will operate in person, five days per week, with rigorous safety protocols maintained, including consistent indoor mask-wearing by all students and teachers, regardless of vaccination status, distancing as feasible, hand-washing and sanitizing, and isolation of individuals who have symptoms or who have been exposed.
