Using the Mentor Guide for your New Team Members first 90 Days

As we all grow as Scentsy leaders (myself included) we are constantly looking for support, ideas and guidance to help our new team members. We know (because we have been around a little bit longer) that some of the information that we share and discuss on our group and team pages can be overwhelming to "newbies". That is where YOU come in, as the SPONSOR and as a LEADER.

It is my hope that all of us Scentsy leaders can work together to nurture and support all of our incoming newbies. In doing this, I am asking YOU to share this information with any on your team who are actively recruiting and they can pass the message down as well.

I think one of the MOST IMPORTANT times in a consultants journey is the first 70 days. We know that as "Scentsational Start". New consultants are automatically enrolled in Ascent Academy, which sends them emails every few days explaining how to put in orders, do a launch party etc. But it is OUR jobs as Scentsy leaders to make sure A) They are getting and reading the emails and B) they are following through to start their business strong.

This mentor sheet is a great resource in helping Scentsy leaders, like us, keep track of and encourage our newest team members. It is my philosophy that new team members need to learn through experience and not from just watching YOU do all the work. Encourage them and help them as much as you can, but make sure they can "ride their bike without their training wheels". You don't need to hold onto them every step of the way. Just encourage and support as much as you can. IF you feel like you can't (because of time or other issues) just let me know and I am more than happy to help and support in any way that I can.

With all this said, I hope you find this mentor sheet helpful. I know I will be using it with all of my personal recruits. Please share this information and this document with your team members who are actively growing their own teams
