You are invited to a fun-filled educational orientation to equip yourself with information, supplies, and strategies to be successful in middle school. Orientation is also a great way to meet new people and have familiar faces to look forward to on the first day of school. Led by 6th grade teachers at Butler Middle School, orientation will Ignite the Spark to prepare you for the transition to middle school!
7:30am-9:00am ~ School Pictures

9:00am-12:00pm ~ Student Orientation
View class schedule and find classrooms, meet teachers, tour school, learn combination lock and set up locker, hot dog lunch with friends, old and new
9:15am-10:30am ~ Parent/Guardian Orientation
Orientation with Principal Jason Sadowski for parents/guardians to become familiar with the policies and procedures of Butler.

What Do I Bring?

PE Uniform Sizing & Pre-Ordering
Uniform sizing and pre-ordering available for t-shirt and shorts. Samples will be available for sizing. PE teachers will pass out uniforms to students during the first week of school. PE uniforms are required for all School District of Waukesha students. Pre-pay either by credit/ debit on Infinite Campus or by cash/check during In-Person Registration.
Locker Shelves
Wood locker shelves made by Butler’s Tech Ed department are available for sale for $10 each while supplies last. To pre-order, pay online on Infinite Campus by credit/debit or cash/check at In-Person Registration. Pre-orders will be available for pick-up at Ignite the Spark.
