Upgrade to El Capitan
If you have not installed the new operating system update (OSX El Capitan), it's recommended that you do this soon. The update takes about an hour, so plan to update when you won't need your computer for a chunk of time.
See me if you need assistance with this update. I would be happy to help.
Last Call for Resource Requests
Art Beaulieu has set the ordering deadlines for this year, and I still have money to spend.
Is there a professional book that you would like to read? A DVD you would like to show your students? A book that you think our library should own? A title you would like to use in a literature circle?
Share your purchasing ideas with me as soon as possible. It will be like Christmas in April!
The End is Approaching...
As you are planning your final classroom projects, please keep these library-related deadlines in mind:
Last day for student checkout - Friday, May 13
All student books and materials due - Friday, May 20
Friday, May 20 may seem like an early return date, but we need time to track down any "stragglers" and to complete inventory before the end of the school year.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
