Jamison Journal
June 2023
How lucky I am to have something so special that makes saying goodbye so hard.
Dear Jamison Community,
Just a quick note of thanks to this wonderful community. I appreciate all of your kind words and emails. Please know Mr. Heineman and I have been working closely to ensure a smooth transition. I will continue to serve Jamison throughout June and will start transitioning to my new position in the month on July; however, my last official date at Jamison will be July 31st. I’ll continue to keep you updated throughout the summer.
Respectfully,
-Mr. Croyle

News from Nurse - Medication Retrieval
Dear Parent/Guardian:
If your child currently has medication in the health office: All medications and action plans for next school year will be sent home with your child on Wednesday, June 14. Please check your child’s backpack for the medication so it can be properly stored over the summer. Any controlled substances will need to be picked up & signed out by an adult (please arrange with the health office). Any controlled substances not picked up will be disposed of.
Please note that a new medication order is needed each school year. Please return the new forms and medication at the start of the new school year. Please be sure to check the expiration date on each medication to ensure it will last throughout the entire school year.
Please contact the health office if you want to pick up the medicine instead of sending it home with your child. Please call the health office with any questions or concerns. We wish you and your family a healthy and safe summer.
Sincerely,
Tina Boyer, M.Ed., RN, CSN
Certified School Nurse
