On Tuesday, 9/17 we had a “draft” and created FOUR outstanding teams to support each other in selling tickets. One winner will receive the Grand Prize (TBA). If your student does not have tickets, he/she wasn’t selected to be on a team. You can still email rhsjeepraffle@gmail.com to get tickets!

  • Jeep Event/Alive in Roswell – 9/19

With the support of the Roswell Rotary Club, we will have a table set up with signage and THE JEEP. We will be at the corner of Norcross Street / Canton Street selling Raffle Tickets. We’d love for you to help! Come on out and promote the band. Note: We are only asking for parent volunteers at this particular event. We suggest you park at the Roswell Library and walk up to the Norcross/Canton intersection. Contact michaeld@dalcerro.com with any questions.

  • Jeep Meet-up - 9/25, (Band Room lobby, near Mr. Moon's office)

Families are encouraged to drop off first orders (25 sold) and pick up additional tickets. Target is 45 tickets sold per student. That’s 25 by 9/25; 20 more by 10/20.

  • Aurora Cineplex Event – 9/29
Aurora Cineplex and The Fringe Miniature Golf is currently seeking cheerful and positive volunteers for an event, and we’d love for you to be involved! Last year they had four awesome volunteers from the band and they said it made a big difference. J September 29 is Aurora Cineplex’s 9th Birthday! – They are recruiting 20 volunteers at their carnival to help with fun children’s interactive stations. We will also be promoting the band, so we will need help at the Jeep Raffle Events Table, and students there to play instruments.

Email bscoggins@a51fun.com if your student would like to volunteer at the carnival.
