Health Updates
Cold and Flu Season
Dear Steeple Run Families,
With winter upon us, we wanted to remind our Super Star families of a couple of health-related considerations to promote wellness at Steeple Run:
Please report any cases of Influenza or Influenza-like illness to the health office. The health office monitors students for trends in illness and reports data to the county’s Health Department. Signs of the flu include fever (greater than 100 degrees), cough, headache and body aches. Students with these symptoms should remain home until fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medications.
While our custodial staff is diligently cleaning classrooms and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. We appreciate your partnership in keeping our students healthy. Please contact the health office with any questions.
