Color BBI with Kindness: Color Run Fundraiser
The Color BBI with Kindness color run fundraiser is kicking off! This is the only fundraiser our school has for the year. Every student will participate in the color run on Friday, February 17.
We encourage each of our students to register for the fundraiser using the QR code in the picture below OR click on the picture to be taken to the site, Fund Hub. Fund Hub is one central location your child can raise money for BBI without going door-to-door. The fundraiser will close on February 15 at midnight!

Valentine's Day is fast approaching!
The BBIS office will not deliver balloons, flowers, bears, hearts, or other gifts to students. Balloons are not permitted on the school buses as those can cause a visual impairment for bus drivers. If students do receive delivered gifts, our office will hold the item until the end of the day.

Upcoming Assessments & FLEX days at BBI
FLEX days will occur prior to assessments in order to address specific needs related to essential standards. Talking with your child about the FLEX day can help in preparing them for the upcoming assessment.
Tuesday: 5th gr. RLA FLEX day
Wednesday:
Thursday: 5th gr. SS FLEX day
Friday: 5th gr. SS test, 6th gr. RLA FLEX day, 6th gr. Math FLEX day
Need a Car Rider Placard?
Email your child's first name, last name, and grade level to cfelinski@magnoliaisd.org to request a Car Rider Placard. These should be placed in your front window on the passenger side.
Does your child ride the bus?
Transportation will not permit students to ride home on a bus with another student. Even if a parent note is received, the request will be denied. Your child will be told call you to make other arrangements for dismissal.
