2014 Doodle 4 Google - Deadline March 20th
Before there was an airplane, there were doodles of cool flying machines. And before there was a submarine, there were doodles of magical underwater sea explorers. Since the beginning of time, ideas big and small, practical and playful, have started out as doodles. And we’re ready for more. One talented young artist will see his or her artwork on the Google homepage and receive a $30,000 college scholarship and a $50,000 Google for Education technology grant for his or her school. Visit http://www.google.com/doodle4google/ for more information.
Get Connected!
Classes will get to meet Google Doodlers and learn how they go from ideas to doodles. Doodlers will share the creative process for one of their doodles: brainstorms, first drafts and exploratory sketches, the review process and finally how it all comes together in the final doodle. They'll then take questions from the classrooms and other viewers on the Hangout On-Air. Sign up for a session or watch live at the times listed below.
