Principal News and Updates
Dear Baldwin Families,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our incredible parents for your flexibility, patience, and support. We could not have done Digital Learning without our "co-teachers". Thank you! We love and miss our students so much. We pray that we will be able to safely come together in the fall.
As we bring this unprecedented school year to a close, I want to share a few updates.
Students Picking Up and Returning Items:
By now, your child's teacher communicated the dates and time for students to come by the school to drop off or pick up items. If you have any questions, please contact your teacher for exact times and procedures.
5th Grade Promotion Ceremony:
This year, 5th grade teachers have put together a special video presentation for our students. Please look for the video to be shared via eCLASS Tuesday, May 19th.
Kindergarten and New Student Registration:
We will continue to enroll students online throughout the summer for Kindergarten and students new to Baldwin. You can access Online Registration by clicking on the link below
Gwinnett County Summer Meals Program (free)
To help ease the hardship from the COVID-19 pandemic, Gwinnett County Community Services is offering free grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches. Curbside pick-up of nutritious meals for those 18 years of age or younger or those 19 years of age or older with a physical or mental impairment. Click on the link below for locations and information.
Digital Learning TOP Engagement Winners:
We are so proud of our students and their hard work during Digital Learning Days. As an incentive, we awarded one student in each grade level with a new bike donated by community partners! Students were nominated by their teachers then randomly selected. Congratulations to our winners below!
Parents, throughout the summer, I will continue to update you with key school and district news and information. Our office will be open during the summer. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. Have a wonderful summer break!
