New Work Authorization Form Process

Moving forward we will be implementing a new process for all work authorization approvals. Work authorizations will be reviewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week and available to be picked up after 1:00PM on these days.

To help expedite the approval process please make sure the following is completed when turning in the paperwork:

1. Both pages are completely filled out

2. All signatures are on the paperwork including employee, employer and parent

3. Contact information is accurate in case of any questions

Please note when approving work authorizations Sumner takes both attendance and grades into account and may require meeting with an administrator if needed.
