Lake Victoria
Lake Victoria is the largest lake in Africa. Within 50 miles of its shore several million people live. Named Lake Victoria after Queen Victoria by John Hamming Speke. At Lake Victoria, Fishing, Bird watching, Rock Art, and simply relaxing are popular activities.
Congo River
Formed by The Lualaba and its tributary, The Luvua the Congo River can be fun in some places and dangerous in others. Its from 4 to 10 miles wide and it flows for 2720 miles. Canoeing, Rafting, and exploring the safe parts of the river are very popular activities.
Niger River
Located in Western Africa. It flows south emptying into the Gulf of Guinea. Sailing the river, exploring the channels and watching a tribal festival on the banks of the river are very popular activities. More in towards land, exploring the 'W' National Park is fun too. Watching the wildlife is one of the most popular activities.
Mount Kilimanjaro
Located in North East Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro has 2 peaks one higher than the other. Kibo, which is 19340 ft high and Mawenzi which is 17564 feet high. Climbing, hiking, wildlife watching, and visiting Chala Mountain Lake are popular activities.
