Cuneiform
When was it made?

How was it made?
Cuneiform was made with clay tablets that had the writing inscribed into it like this one!

There were many people that used it! They were mostly Mesopotamian cultures though.

Hieroglyphics
Why was it made?
It was made to use as a very special writing for decorating and for royals, priests, and government officials only.
When was it made?
It was made in about 3300 BC by the ancient Egyptians
How was it made?
It was made by carving pictures into stone for decorating to walls of tomb's, but it was very time consuming.

Who used it?
The ancient Egyptians of course! They did not use it very often but they still used it.
What makes it special?
It had 700 to 800 huge symbols that were used for the writing.
