Board Member Spotlight Amy Reese
"I enjoy being involved with the foundation because of the help and acknowledgement we give to the teachers in our district. My own children have had wonderful teachers during their years at PTISD and anything I can be a part of that shows the teaching staff my appreciation, I want to participate! I am a big cheerleader of public education and enjoy supporting our district and staff in any way I can. The foundation is a wonderful source for the teachers to request grant money for the innovative ideas they have for their classrooms. The Beacon Awards recognizes PTISD staff through student written essays and also recognizes the Teachers of the Year. I am proud to be a part of the Pine Tree Education Foundation."
