Greetings Awesome Guzick Giant Parents,

We had a very eventful month of February! This coming month, we have a lot of exciting learning events planned both inside and outside of the building. We will be sending home flyers with important information this coming week, which includes field trips and important testing. After spring break, we will be kicking into full gear with our state assessments. 3rd -5th grade students will be taking practice STAAR tests and we will be sending home information on how you can help your child meet their STAAR goals and pass the test! As always, thank you for your partnership, engagement, and support. Check out the newsletter below with important dates and reminders. We will continue to inform you throughout this year on important topics via School Messenger emails, our FaceBook page, and/or the REMIND APP.

¡Tuvimos un mes de febrero lleno de acontecimientos! El próximo mes, tenemos muchos eventos de aprendizaje emocionantes planeados tanto dentro como fuera del edificio. Enviaremos volantes a casa con información importante la próxima semana, que incluye excursiones y pruebas importantes. Después de las vacaciones de primavera, nos pondremos en marcha con nuestras evaluaciones estatales. ¡Los estudiantes de 3.° a 5.° grado tomarán pruebas de práctica de STAAR y les enviaremos a casa información sobre cómo puede ayudar a su hijo a alcanzar sus metas de STAAR y aprobar la prueba!
