Young Frankenstein:
The Collins High School Drama Club would like to invite you to our upcoming production of Young Frankenstein! This is a musical comedy from Mel Brooks that follows the story of Dr. Frankenstein’s great-grandson Frederick as he is encouraged to join the family business.
Friday, April 17th is our Opening Night Gala Performance. For $20 you get a great show, appetizers (prepared and served by our own Culinary Department) and refreshments before the show as well as pre-show entertainment provided by a local jazz band featuring our very own Mr. Osborne and other members of the Shelby County community.
The Gala begins at 6:30 with the show set to start at 7:30.
This is our second annual Gala Event…last year’s was a lot of fun and we expect this year’s to be even better!

Regular performance tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for students/kids. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Reading Gala:
IMPORTANT REMINDER - Our Senior Reading Gala is this Thursday - April 16th - 3:30pm to approx.. 5:00pm
All Seniors need to report to the library no later than 3:30pm. Refreshments will be served before splitting into their book groups with their Mentor.
We also want to send a great big thank you to everyone that offered to donate refreshments for this important event for our 2015 Seniors!
Important Prom Information:
Prom Tickets went on sale today. The cost for a ticket is $35.00 a piece. Tickets may be purchased in the main office or in the lunchroom. Prom is on April 25th from 8:00pm - mindnight at The Gillespie Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
After this event there will be an After Prom Party Event at Highland Baptist Church in Shelbyville until 2:30 am. This event will be sponsored by Shelby Prevention and door prizes will be given away. For questions or how you can volunteer at the After Prom Party, please call Kelly McNew at 437-0491.

Project Graduation:
This weekend Project graduation will be out doing roadblocks on Sat. on Us 60 & Zaring Mill rd and in front of Wal-Mart. They are still looking for workers to help with this event. Any Junior or Senior parent who wish to help work please contact Susan Lee at 502-321-4323. A senior may work the roadblock if they are 18 or their parent works with them.
