Text Features File Folder
When Does a Crowd become a mob?
TASK | Due: Nov. 13th/14th
As we read "The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street," we discussed the concept of a mob and some catalysts for turning a simple crowd into a mob. Your assignment is to create a file folder on one of these events. Within your file folder, you must use at least 8 non-fiction text features. (Title does not count!)
*If there is an event you would like to research that is not on this list you must have approval from Mrs. Davis.

Tuesday & Wednesday-- computer lab for research with librarians
Thursday (early rotations)-- work in class on research/folder
Friday-- Computer lab & start file folder
Monday-- Quiz and Work in class on research/folder
Tuesday-- Work on File Folder in class
