Who is Agnes Macphail?

Agnes Campbell Macphail was born on March 24. 1890 in Proton Township, Grey County and died on Feburary 13 1954 in Toronto. She was the first women to be elected to the Ontario legislature, serving 1943-45 and 1948-51 and also the first female member of a Canadian delegation of the League of Nations, where she served on the disarmament committee. She was one of the founding members of the Co-operative Common wealth Federation.

So how does she relate to Nelson Mandela?

If these dont show how these are similar in being strong leaders then I dont know how else im going to prove it.
