No More Victims is an advocacy agency for children of incarcerated parents. Lewis shared, "If you have read Laura and my book called At The End of The Day you will know that 14 years ago I thought my life had come to an end. I got a massive awakening which included making four promises. They were 1) Spend more time with my family 2) Never have an argument again 3) Become an abundant listener 4) Find a way to help people communicate.

Soon after that fateful day we started Equilibria. This week Laura and I were in Houston and when I reflect on the myriad of different ways in which we work with people today, which I hope is viewed as worthwhile and positive, it makes me both proud and extremely humbled.

...The privilege of starting up E-Colors in Education which includes listening to children from 8 year olds and beyond, share their strengths and potential limiters and how they will manage them utilizing Personal Intervention is truly amazing. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all of you who one way or another contribute to our efforts."
