  • Inter-EU flights of 930 miles or less you are entitled to €250
  • Flights between 930 and 1,860 miles you are entitled to €400
  • For longer flights you are entitled to €600


Other Stipulations


  • Your flight must be within the European Union or you must have flown into the EU on an EU based airline.

  • The EC 261 law pertains to flights that arrive or depart a Swiss or EU/EEA airport.


Right Care and Assistance Ruling:


If your flight delay does not entitle you to financial compensation, you still have the right care and assistance ruling on your side. Your flight delay must be no less than two hours. Your flight must be less than 1,500 km.


You are entitled to:


  • Meals and Refreshments
  • When necessary an overnight hotel stay. This will also include transfers to and from the hotel and airport.
  • 2 phone calls, e mails etc
