MJS Choir

Performance at the Senior Center

This is a reminder about the upcoming MJS choir performance at the Pasadena Senior Center on Monday, April 11. There will be no choir practice after school that day.

Thank you to everyone who has notified Mr. Toto about your child’s attendance. If you have not notified Mr. Toto, please do so ASAP. This will help us determine line-up for the kids on the Senior Center stage, among other logistics.

I want to tell you how excited our seniors are to have the kids sing to them during our annual Volunteer Recognition Center. I have only worked at the Center for a few short months, but I do know that the presence of youngsters energizes our already energetic membership. We are not a residential facility, but rather a place for seniors to take classes, attend lectures about a variety of topics, work out in our gym, and have fun at parties and other celebrations seven days a week.

Should you have any questions about the Center, please do not hesitate to ask. The street address is below, but for easy reference, we are located across the street from Cafe Bizou in Old Pasadena.

See you on Monday night!
