The three Laws of Motion
Newtons Laws
Newtons first Law
An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by a unbalanced force.
For example the football players tackle a player with the football and it takes more force to get him on the ground.
Newtons second law
Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass. The greater the mass of the object being accelerated the greater the amount of force needed to accelerate the object.
Newtons Third Law
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
